1. Berthing Master (Based: Kotabaru-South Kalimantan)
Min. S1 Degree in Merchant Marine Academy and holding ANT II . Having 5 years sea experiences with minimum chief officer position. Holding harbor pilot license. Strong knowledge of about international marine regulation, ISM code and ISPP code

2. Land Acquisition Officer (Based: Asam Asam-South Kalimantan)
Min. S-1 graduate in social science or related disciplines. Min 3 years experiences in land acquisition possess. Possess good skills in communication, interpersonal, and negotiation with local community and external parties. Emotionally stable in under pressure situation. Possess good skill in Indonesian or local language.

3. Mine Engineer (Based: Asam Asam-South Kalimantan)
Min. S-1 graduate from mining engineering. Min 1-2 years experiences, fresh graduate are welcome to apply. Computer literate (Mining Software, MS Word, & Excel). Good language skills both spoken and written of both Indonesian and English.

4. Geodetic Engineer (Based: Satui-South Kalimantan)
Geodetic Engineering graduate with 1-3 years experience in surveying, fresh graduate are welcome to apply. Have good basic ability in surveying, GPS, and mapping software. Possess good skills in communication, interpersonal, and negotiation in Indonesian and English. Computer literate and good understanding of Mincom Software
