Service Level Management Staff
Responsibilities:
* Define and analyst Current Services and compare to best-practice Service model.
* Design or re-design services, detail process, performance measurement criteria, and service communication to get Standard Service or support new IT Service/Process get process efficiency, extend customer value.
* Review & Analyst Service Performance and SLA Breach and communicate to related unit for Corrective Action, Improvement Process.
Requirements:
* Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
* At least 5 years of working experience in Process Analyst or Re-engineering Process.
* Has experience in implemented project in Banking/Manufacturing Industry with role/responsibility as Senior Business Analyst or Quality Assurance Process (Change Management Process).
* Has experience in prepare Project Documentation i.e. Proposal, Business Requirement, Policy or SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) and User Manual.
* Preferably has knowledge of IT Audit methodology.
* Preferably has knowledge of AS/400, Unix Series, Linux Series or Client Servers.
* Willing to work in Bumi Serpong Damai.
