COMMISSIONING / START UP SPECIALIST

Candidate should have minimum B.S. Degree in engineering with 15+ years Pre-commissioning, Commissioning and Start Up experience in hydrocarbon processing plants. Experienced with the commissioning of associated Utilities & Offsite systems. Knowledgeable in all safety aspects involved with the commissioning of hydrocarbon processing plants - permit control, confined entry procedures, etc. 5+ years, within last 10 years, relevant pre-commissioning, commissioning and operations experience in olefins, light hydrocarbons, aromatics, and/or specialty chemical production facilities. Knowledgeable in industry Pre-ommissioning, Commissioning, Start Up Quality Control work processes. Experienced in developing/writing and reviewing project completion procedures.
