Retail Manager

Job Description:

• Enhance Chet efficiency and effectiveness of our Retail Operations.
• Be Responsible for sales and profitability of our retail stores.
• To lead, motivate and manage teams of sales staff towards the achievement of sales targets.
• To manage stock levels and making key decisions about stock control for the retail store.
• To be able to analyze sales and inventory information with the aim to maximize profitability.
• To maintain awareness of market trends in the retail industry and understanding forthcoming customer initiatives.
• To ensure the highest retail standard are achieved consistently at all stores.

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree holders in any discipline.
• 3 to 5 relevant working experience in Retail Industry preferably with experience in managing multiple retail stores.
• Familiar with Microsoft office will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication and presentation skill with effective leadership ability, business acumen, strategic mindset as well as organizational and resource management skills preferred.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays
